I started this site because I was sick of having problems with my pc, slow download speeds, software failures, freezing, crashing, etc, etc, etc…sound familiar?

But even if this is annoying, what’s REALLY frustrating, is trying to get some solutions to the problems. Everywhere you look, it’s endless technical talk about SCSI, IO bus, PCI Express boards, AGP slots, core clock speeds….jargon, jargon, blah, blah, blah, blah – ENOUGH ALREADY!!

The simple truth is… I KNOW NOTHING ABOUT COMPUTERS!

And the EVEN MORE SHOCKING truth is…I DON’T WANT TO KNOW!  

I love my car, but I just want to jump in it and drive, not spend all day messing with the engine.  And when I switch on my pc, I just want to use it to get high speed Internet access, write letters, send e-mails, run my business, etc, not spend all day tinkering with it to sort out problems and make it work better.

I’M A COMPUTER IDIOT!
